Nothing turns most women off more than belly fat. You want to at least take care of your body enough so that you have lower levels of body fat. Not everyone needs to have six pack abs, but you can still lose the obscene beer belly with just a few workouts per week. Your body is your temple, so treat it like it royalty.
*Focus on ab workouts like crunches, sit ups, bicycles, vertical leg crunches, and even jogging. You don’t even need to hit the gym to do these.
4. Exfoliate Your Body Once A Week
A lot of guys don’t know this, but you do break out on your chest too, especially because dirt gets trapped inside those pores. If you sweat, you are more than likely to break out on different occasions. Nobody likes seeing pimples and acne anywhere on the body, so exfoliating is definitely a must. There are plenty of great body scrubs out there, and using it once or twice a week can make a big difference. It will make your skin look more vibrant and keep those pesky pimples away.

5. Cut Those Fingernails and Toenails Biweekly
It is very easy to forget about your nails. A month goes by and you have more dirt built up inside your fingernails than there is in your backyard. That is a bad sign, and has many negative repercussions. You can break out by touching your face with dirty fingernails, so trimming them and cleaning the cuticles is a must. If you do not have the patience for this, just get a manicure and pedicure. It is no longer taboo to see a man go to a nail salon and take care of himself. Women love men who treat their body well.
